State Senator Lynda Schlegel Culver is inviting residents of Luzerne County's 27th Senatorial District to attend one of three open houses. These events aim to inform the public about the services offered by her offices and provide an opportunity for residents to engage with the senator and her staff.

"My staff and I are here to serve the people in the district, and we want them to know about the programs and services available to them," Culver stated. "I encourage people to join me at one of these open houses to learn more about our state government and how it can serve them."

The first open house is scheduled for Wednesday, September 27, from 1-3 p.m. at the Salem Township Municipal Building in Berwick. The office operates on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The second event will occur on Thursday, October 12, from 2-3 p.m. at the Wright Township Municipal Building in Mountain Top. This office is open on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The final open house will be held on Friday, October 13, from 1-3 p.m. at the Butler Township Municipal Building in Drums. The operating hours for this office are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Attendees will have the chance to ask questions regarding state government programs, services, and issues while learning how Culver's team can assist with any challenges related to state agencies.

For those unable to attend, assistance is available during regular office hours or by calling 570-387-4267.

Further information about Senator Culver can be found online at SenatorCulver.com or through her Facebook page for updates on legislative actions in Harrisburg and news within the district.
