State Rep. Robert Leadbeter | Pennsylvania 109th Legislative District
State Representative Robert Leadbeter has announced that $33,000 in state funding has been awarded to the Community Giving Foundation in Columbia County. This grant was approved through the Pennsylvania Arts and Culture Recovery Program by the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA) during its recent board meeting.
Leadbeter expressed approval of the funding's destination, stating, “Columbia County displays strong conservative values in multiple ways throughout our rural communities. I’m glad to see this funding coming back to the 109th district, so we can properly promote and enhance the innovation, caring spirit, and creativity of our residents.”
The grant primarily draws from federal American Rescue Plan Act funds allocated for recreation and conservation under previous state budgets.
