Rep. Michael Stender, representing Northumberland and Montour counties, has announced open house events at his new district offices located in Milton and Sunbury. The events are scheduled for Thursday, August 3 and Thursday, August 10, both from 3 to 6 p.m. These events aim to acquaint local residents with Stender and his team while showcasing the range of services available to the community.

“These events are a great opportunity for local residents to meet me and my staff and learn about the wide variety of state-related services we can offer,” said Stender. “We’re looking forward to celebrating our new locations with the people we serve.”

In addition to the new locations, Stender also operates a district office at the Montour County Administration Building in Danville, open from Tuesday to Friday, 1 to 4 p.m.

Stender took office on June 5 following a special election. The 108th Legislative District includes all of Montour County and various parts of Northumberland County, covering numerous townships and boroughs.
