FOIA Request to Milton Borough Police Pension Plan Regarding Comprehensive Employee and Retiree Pension Data on September 20, 2024.
We at North Central PA Times, a media organization committed to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, have sent a request for records under the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law. We have asked for the list of all active employees and retired employees within the Milton Borough Police Pension Plan's fund for the year of 2023.
The requested data fields include last name, first name, middle name, date of birth, employer name, employment start date, employment end date, salary, compensation type, amount received from the pension fund in that year, the year itself and process date. Additionally requested are details about the last disbursement amount received by each individual from their pension fund, disbursement frequency and their contribution amount in 2023.
As a media organization dedicated to transparency and accountability in public institutions, we believe access to these public records is essential.
