Sen. Lynda Schlegel Culver (R-27) will be hosting office hours at the Herndon Adult Community Center on Tuesday, December 12th. The office hours will run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will be held on the second Tuesday of each month at the center.

"I know people lead busy lives and can't always make it to one of our district offices, so I try to bring district office services closer to them," said Culver. She expressed her appreciation to the Herndon Adult Community Center for working with her to provide this important service to the community.

During these office hours, Culver will provide the same services that are available at her other offices. This includes assistance with Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program applications, unemployment compensation claims, and PennDOT paperwork. In addition, staff will be available to offer complimentary notary services, provide information about state legislation, and make referrals to agencies to resolve state-related matters.

Residents who wish to meet with Culver during these office hours are advised to call the Shamokin Dam District Office at 570-743-1918 to reserve a time slot.
