Attention parents of 7th and 12th grade students:
This message is for parents of 7th and 12th grade students who have not received the vaccination dose required by the state of Pennsylvania to attend school. 7th grade students must have 1 dose of T dap and 1 dose of Meningococcal. 12th grade students must have a 2nd booster dose of Meningococcal. Please turn in a copy of your student’s up to date immunizations OR an appointment date must be on file in order for your student to remain in school. By law if this is not done, your child is not permitted in school beginning Tuesday, September 6th. Our goal is to bring all of our students in compliance with the PA School Code. If you are having trouble getting your child’s vaccines, please contact the school nurse at 570-648-5731.
