Borough of Catawissa recently issued the following announcement.
The Economic Development Committee of the Catawissa Borough Council will be holding a public meeting on Monday, February 28th at 6:30 in the Catawissa Community Center, 319 Pine Street, Catawissa to discuss the reasons why 17% of property owners have vacant properties within the Borough. The goal of the meeting is to identify ways the Borough Council can be helpful to property owners as it seeks to revitalize the Borough. Please plan to come and join in the conversation. (Parking is limited but the facility is large, so we apologize in advance if you need to park on an adjacent street.) There is (2) handicap parking spots in the back.
The meeting is open to all Catawissa Borough Residents who would like to attend.
