“THÉRÈSE” – Ordinary Girl. Extraordinary Soul. This inspiring movie recounts the life of Therese of Lisieux, one of the most popular saints of modern times. It features Therese from her early childhood, through her entrance into the Carmelite Monastery, to her tragic death from tuberculous at the age of 24. We will see through her monastic life how she made the surprising yet simple discovery that holiness can be achieved by small acts of love and compassion – a spiritual path she called her “Little Way”. This film offers us an honest, beautiful portrait of a remarkable young girl who fell in love with God.
