NOTRE DAME CLUB HOSTS HESBURGH LECTURE SERIES: 

The Notre Dame Club of Harrisburg is hosting a lecture from the University of Notre Dame professor, Dr. Mary Ann McDowell, on “Consider This! Simplifying the COVID-19 Conversation.” The program is Tuesday, October 18 at 7 p.m. at Dickinson College Althouse Hall, room 106. A light reception will follow the presentation. This program is part of the 2022 Hesburgh Lecture Series, which brings the Notre Dame campus to its alumni and their communities through programs that reflect the strengths of the University – leadership in family life, Church issues, ethical concerns, social problems, political questions, spiritual life and the liberal arts. This lecture will unpack the science and research behind such topics as vaccines, epidemiology, public health, testing, food security, racial inequalities and more. Admission is free and all are welcome.
