Leadbeter schedules concealed carry seminar for Columbia County residents

State Rep. Robert Leadbeter (R-Columbia) will hold his third annual Concealed Carry Seminar on Tuesday, Sept. 16, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The event will take place at The Barn at Boones Dam in Bloomsburg.

“As a pro-Second Amendment advocate, I am grateful to once again host this event to give legal gun owners valuable information about their rights and how to safely carry a firearm,” said Leadbeter.

The seminar will feature several guest speakers, including Tim Chamberlain, Columbia County sheriff; Daniel Lynn, Columbia County district attorney; Earl “Skip” Mordan, Columbia County deputy sheriff; Justin Faus and Jake Klinger from the Pennsylvania Game Commission; Craig Storrs Jr., executive director of PA Gun Rights; Val Finnell of Gun Owners of America; and Stephen LaSpina, Eastern PA director for Firearms Owners Against Crime.

Residents of Columbia County who wish to attend must RSVP by Thursday, Sept. 11. RSVPs can be made by visiting or calling Leadbeter’s Catawissa district office at 570-387-0246.
