It’s a beautiful morning here at the Briar Creek Plaza, where First Keystone Community Bank just cut the ribbon on their relocated branch.  Formerly inside Giant, First Keystone moved to the location literally right next door.  Kathy Jarski, Regional Manager and Elaine Woodland, President/CEO, shared some remarks before we cut the ribbon.

Congratulations!
