Geisinger School of Medicine is inviting the public to participate in its student recruitment process by becoming interviewers during the Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) process. The MMI involves a series of short, structured interviews that evaluate non-cognitive qualities such as cultural sensitivity, maturity, teamwork, empathy, reliability, resiliency, and communication skills.

All interviews will be conducted virtually. Those interested can learn more at https://go.geisinger.edu/mmi and complete the form at https://forms.office.com/r/8xQGRPxtrV. The Admissions Office will reach out to participants.
