The Borough of Lewisburg is accepting applications for a full-time employee to work as our Borough Secretary.  This is an Exempt, Salaried Position that will work closely with the Borough Manager and Borough Council.  A job description and the employment application is available below or by emailing a request to wlowthert@lewisburgborough.org.  Applicants must have at a minimum of two years of experience working in a professional job environment with similar responsibilities.  Two years experience working as a Municipal Secretary in Pennsylvania local government preferred.  This position entails work during normal Borough business hours, as well as evening meetings and very limited weekend engagements.  Salary is negotiable based upon experience, but it is anticipated to be within the $50,000 – $55,000 range.  The position includes a benefits package and participation in the Borough’s Pension Plan.  All resumes/applications will be reviewed upon receipt and interviews will be scheduled accordingly.  Resumes/applications can be emailed to wlowthert@lewisburgborough.org or mailed/hand-delivered to the Lewisburg Borough Office, 55 South Fifth Street, Lewisburg, PA 17837.  Resumes/applications will be accepted until October 31, 2022, or until the position is filled.
