We at North Central PA Times have submitted a request for records under the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law, 65 §66.1 et seq., specifically seeking information about pre-election testing of voting machines. The request was sent electronically and asked for the report in PDF format with specific fields.

The fields requested include the test date, machine manufacture, machine model number, and machine status indicating whether the machine passed or failed the test. This information is crucial in our mission to provide comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs.
