FOIA Request to Columbia County Election Department Regarding Pre-Election Voting Machine Test Reports on October 30, 2024. The North Central PA Times, a media organization committed to comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, has submitted a request for records under the Pennsylvania Right to Know Law.

The requested records include pre-election test reports for voting machines used in the county’s elections. The reports are sought in PDF format with specific fields such as the test date, machine manufacture, machine model number, and machine status (pass or fail).
